NEW ENGLAND MECHANICAL SERVICES VALUE DELIVERED
New England Mechanical Services provides round-the-clock emergency service coverage to meet the mechanical, electrical and facilities need of a university and research center that must be up and running 24 hours a day for its 700+ student population.
MECHANICAL SCOPE OF WORK
We have installed Johnson Metasys® Direct Digital Controls (DDC) in laboratories within the university's new $40M marine sciences academic and research center to provide building automation and controls.
The university relies on New England Mechanical Services to provide maintenance services, such as software upgrades and reprogramming of all their DDC systems.
We also installed additional cooling capacity for the HVAC retrofit project in the university's new Sun Microsystems data center, which provides campus-wide data communications networking.
