Riché Colcombe Manager Administrative Services

Riché is responsible for all of NEMSI's Administrative functions within our Service Operations Group. This includes maintaining consistency within the NEMSI administrative processes. Riché joined NEMSI in 1993 and soon after became responsible for the NEMSI Vernon Service Administrative Services followed by NEMSI's Fairfield branch office in 1995 and The Hartford location in 1999. In April, 2000 Riché became responsible for Administrative Services for all NEMSI locations.

 

Riché also oversees the training of NEMSI employees involving any administrative services processes and she provides training to employees on COINS and Microsoft Office.

 

Riché assisted with COINS implementations for EMCOR affiliate's Betlem, Trimech, Mesa, Aircond, EFS Midwest, and EFS Northeast, and provides COINS support to all EMCOR Mobile Services Companies.

 

Riché is currently part of the team to design and develop the Mobile Tech-Handheld Devices for EMCOR Mobile Services, and NEMSI will be the first to test and pilot the product.

 

Expertise
Riché received her Associates Degree from Springfield Technical Community College, and then attended Western New England College. Prior to NEMSI, she worked as an Assistant Accounting Manager for a law firm in Springfield, MA.

 

The Personal Side
Riché enjoys skiing, hiking and snowmobiling, and resides with her husband in Wales, MA.
