Gary Picco joined New England Mechanical Services in 1986, and has worked in the facilities services industry for over twenty-five years. Gary is a graduate of Massachusetts’ Springfield Technical Community College with a degree in Heating, Air Conditioning Design.

 

Currently Gary is responsible for a portfolio of 10 million square feet of Commercial and Industrial property in Massachusetts. His responsibilities include recruitment, supervision, training, budget development, service management, and financial management.

 

HVAC, BAS & Electrical Services Operations Expertise

Prior work experience includes six years of employment with Johnson Controls, Inc. as a sales engineer responsible for sales, project management design on energy audits, building automation, pneumatic electronic control and HVAC. From 1977 through 1980 he worked for Davis and Daggett as operations manager of air conditioning, heating installations and service. From 1975 to 1977 he worked as a service technician on commercial heating and air conditioning for Federal Heating and Engineering.

 

The Personal Side

Gary enjoys golfing, gourmet cooking, and spending time on the Maine coast with family and friends.
